Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct engaging 1-on-1 and group English lessons for Korean professionals via video conferencing
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with student proficiency levels and business communication goals
- Monitor student progress through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback
- Utilize digital teaching tools and multimedia resources to create immersive learning experiences
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and curriculum completion
- Collaborate with academic team to refine teaching methodologies and content
- Participate in ongoing professional development training to enhance teaching skills
Kualifikasi
- Native English speaker with clear pronunciation and neutral accent
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Education, English, or Linguistics preferred)
- TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification or equivalent ESL teaching qualification
- Minimum 1 year of online teaching experience with adult learners
- Experience teaching Korean students or professionals highly desirable
- Reliable high-speed internet and professional home office setup
- Strong cultural sensitivity and ability to adapt teaching styles
- Excellent time management and self-discipline for remote work
