ET-Phone, a leading provider of online English education based in Minglanilla, Cebu, is currently looking for enthusiastic NATIVE English speakers to fill the role of Home-Based Online Teacher (Online English Teacher). In this position, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality English language instruction to international students via our proprietary online platform. Our curriculum is designed to be dynamic and interactive, and we rely on our teachers to bring energy and expertise to every virtual classroom.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct live, one-on-one or group online English lessons with students from various age groups and backgrounds.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to individual student needs and learning objectives.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their language development.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to enhance student engagement and comprehension.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging virtual classroom environment.
- Keep accurate records of student attendance, performance, and feedback.
- Collaborate with the curriculum team to refine teaching materials and approaches.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a NATIVE English speaker (from USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required; TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification is a plus.
- Previous teaching or tutoring experience, especially online, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional home office setup.
- Proficient with basic computer skills and online teaching platforms.
- Enthusiasm for teaching and a patient, student-centered approach.
- Must be willing to commit to a flexible schedule including weekends if needed.
