Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging online English lessons to Korean professionals via virtual classroom platforms
- Develop and adapt personalized lesson plans based on student needs and learning objectives
- Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to track student progress
- Maintain a positive, culturally sensitive learning environment that encourages participation
- Utilize interactive teaching tools and multimedia resources to enhance lesson effectiveness
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions
- Collaborate with academic team to optimize teaching methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Native English speaker with clear, neutral accent
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Education or Linguistics preferred)
- TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification or equivalent teaching qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in ESL teaching, preferably with Korean learners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home office setup
