Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct engaging and interactive online English lessons for Korean students.
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials tailored to student proficiency levels.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement.
- Manage the virtual classroom environment to ensure a distraction-free learning space.
- Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding lesson schedules and performance.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development workshops.
- Adhere to company policies and teaching standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Native English speaker (Fluent in English).
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Education degree is a plus).
- At least 1 year of teaching experience (Teaching Korean students is highly preferred).
- Strong internet connection and a reliable computer/laptop.
- Comfortable working from home with a quiet environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
