Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct live, one-on-one or group online English classes for Korean students.
- Prepare customized lesson plans and teaching materials to enhance student learning.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to track progress.
- Maintain a professional, punctual, and energetic demeanor during all teaching sessions.
- Create a fun, interactive, and encouraging atmosphere to boost student confidence.
- Utilize digital tools and platforms effectively to facilitate remote learning.
- Communicate regularly with the management team regarding class schedules and student performance.
Kualifikasi
- Native English Speaker (essential requirement).
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (or TEFL/TESOL certificate is an advantage).
- Stable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, well-lit workspace.
- Prior experience in teaching ESL (English as a Second Language) is preferred but not strictly required.
- Friendly, patient, and outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
- Must be willing to teach Korean students and adapt to their learning styles.
