Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging and effective online English lessons to Korean professionals
- Develop customized lesson plans based on student needs and learning objectives
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment
- Utilize teaching materials and resources provided by the company
- Communicate effectively with students and address their questions and concerns
- Participate in regular training sessions and professional development opportunities
- Track student attendance and completion of assigned tasks
Kualifikasi
- Native English speaker with excellent command of the English language
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Education, English, or related field preferred)
- Previous teaching experience, especially with adult learners or online teaching
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home office environment
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching and helping others learn
- Must be located in Bago City, Negros Occidental
