Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct online English lessons for Korean students via video conferencing platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet.
- Prepare and deliver customized lesson plans tailored to individual student proficiency levels and learning goals.
- Provide constructive feedback and encourage students to practice speaking English confidently during sessions.
- Maintain a professional, engaging, and interactive classroom environment throughout virtual classes.
- Track student progress and update performance reports as required by the management team.
- Collaborate with academic coordinators to continuously improve teaching methodologies and materials.
- Ensure punctuality and reliability in adhering to the assigned teaching schedule.
Kualifikasi
- Native English speaker with a valid passport from the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) or Online Tutoring is a plus.
- Possess strong communication skills and a clear, native-level pronunciation.
- Must be tech-savvy and comfortable using online teaching tools and learning management systems.
- Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote work environment.
- Must be willing to work full-time hours and reside in the Philippines (Passi City, Iloilo).
