Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver comprehensive Mathematics lesson plans aligned with international curriculum standards.
- Utilize creative teaching techniques to foster student interest and improve comprehension of mathematical concepts.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, providing constructive feedback regularly.
- Maintain an inclusive, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment for all learners.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members to integrate cross-disciplinary projects and extracurricular activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student achievement and developmental milestones.
- Participate in regular professional development sessions to stay updated on modern pedagogical trends.
Kualifikasi
- Native proficiency in English is required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field; a teaching certification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or state license) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional teaching experience, ideally in an international school or multicultural setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Demonstrated patience, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in digital education tools and interactive learning platforms.
