Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with international science curricula.
- Facilitate engaging, interactive classroom experiences that encourage scientific inquiry and experimentation.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, providing constructive feedback.
- Integrate modern educational technology and lab equipment to enhance the learning process.
- Collaborate with faculty members to participate in school events, science fairs, and curriculum development meetings.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment conducive to student well-being.
- Provide individualized support to students who require additional guidance in scientific concepts.
- Uphold the professional standards and values of Nuansa Edukasi Indonesia.
Kualifikasi
- Native English speaker with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Science, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Recognized teaching certification (e.g., PGCE, State Teaching License, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of classroom teaching experience, ideally in an international school setting.
- Deep understanding of pedagogical strategies for teaching Science subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology).
- Strong adaptability, cultural sensitivity, and enthusiasm for living and working in Indonesia.
- Ability to foster a supportive learning environment and connect with diverse student backgrounds.
- Proficiency in creating innovative, hands-on science activities.
