Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and optimize innovative natural cosmetic formulations for skincare, body care, and color cosmetics
- Conduct research on botanical ingredients and sustainable formulation techniques
- Perform stability testing, efficacy validation, and safety compliance checks
- Collaborate with production and marketing teams for seamless product implementation

- Document formulation processes and maintain regulatory compliance documentation

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Cosmetic Science, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in cosmetic formulation R&D
- Expert knowledge of natural ingredients, regulatory standards (BPOM, FDA), and formulation chemistry
- Proficiency in lab testing equipment and formulation development methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
