Ravago Equipment Rentals Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Naval Architect to join our dynamic team in Navotas City. As a key player in our maritime operations, you will be responsible for overseeing designated ship repair projects, ensuring that all technical planning, organization, and execution meet the highest industry standards for safety, efficiency, and performance.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between design and physical implementation. You will work closely with engineering teams, project managers, and shipyard personnel to troubleshoot technical challenges, optimize repair workflows, and ensure all vessels under our care are maintained to perfection. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, oversee, and coordinate day-to-day ship repair and maintenance projects to ensure timely completion.
- Develop detailed technical specifications and repair methodologies for various vessel types.
- Monitor vessel structural integrity and ensure all modifications comply with maritime regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including contractors and shipyard labor, to manage project timelines.
- Perform site inspections and troubleshooting during repair phases to resolve technical bottlenecks.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and documentation regarding project progress and material requirements.
- Ensure all safety protocols and environmental regulations are strictly adhered to during all project phases.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering.
- Active Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) License is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in shipyard operations, ship repair, or maritime design.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Rhino, or similar) and technical project management tools.
- Strong understanding of maritime regulations and classification society rules.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a demanding industrial environment and lead site-level discussions.
