Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for marine navigation systems within the assigned region.
- Manage existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients and industry partners.
- Support the end-to-end sales process, from initial prospecting and proposal development to final contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal technical and engineering teams to ensure accurate project scoping and successful service delivery.
- Provide expert technical advice on marine navigation systems, hardware, and software integration.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape in the maritime sector.
- Coordinate with project management teams to ensure timely deployment and handover of navigation solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Marine Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the marine or naval industry.
- Strong understanding of marine navigation systems (e.g., Radar, ECDIS, GPS, AIS).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build lasting professional relationships.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required for client meetings and site visits.
- Proficiency in CRM software and standard office productivity tools.
