We are seeking an accomplished NCT Production Manager to spearhead manufacturing operations in the Kajang/Bangi/Serdang region. This pivotal role demands a strategic leader to orchestrate production workflows, ensuring seamless coordination between Planning, Quality, and Engineering departments. You will drive operational excellence by implementing lean manufacturing principles, optimizing resource allocation, and maintaining rigorous safety standards. The ideal candidate will champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and elevate product quality while fostering a culture of accountability within cross-functional teams.
As Production Manager, you'll be instrumental in achieving production targets, managing team performance, and resolving operational bottlenecks. Your expertise in quality control systems and safety protocols will ensure compliance with industry regulations while maintaining a zero-accident workplace. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end NCT production processes, ensuring alignment with quality standards and delivery schedules
- Lead, mentor, and develop production teams to foster high performance and skill development
- Implement and maintain rigorous safety protocols and environmental compliance measures
- Drive operational efficiency through continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen, Six Sigma)
- Coordinate interdepartmental workflows with Planning, Quality Assurance, and Engineering teams
- Monitor KPIs including OEE, production output, and defect rates for performance optimization
- Manage production budgets, resource allocation, and equipment maintenance schedules
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5+ years in production management within manufacturing environment
- Proven expertise in NCT (New Car Assessment Test) or automotive production systems
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or equivalent quality management
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making and process optimization
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Deep knowledge of ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 compliance standards
