Tanggung Jawab
- Perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) inspections on critical aerospace components using various methods such as Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Eddy Current Testing (ET), Radiographic Testing (RT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), and Penetrant Testing (PT).
- Interpret, evaluate, and document inspection results accurately, ensuring compliance with relevant aerospace standards (e.g., NAS 410, ASTM, NADCAP requirements) and internal procedures.
- Prepare comprehensive NDT reports and certificates, clearly detailing findings, non-conformances, and recommendations for corrective action.
- Operate and maintain NDT equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality to uphold the highest standards of accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, quality assurance, and production teams to troubleshoot issues, provide technical guidance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations during all inspection activities.
- Participate in ongoing training and certification renewal programs to maintain and enhance NDT expertise.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an NDT Inspector, with significant exposure to the aerospace industry.
- Valid ASNT NDT Level II certification in at least two methods (e.g., PT, MT, UT, ET, RT). NAS 410 certification is highly advantageous.
- Thorough understanding of aerospace quality standards and specifications (e.g., AS/EN 9100, NADCAP, ASTM).
- Proven ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and NDT procedures.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to precision.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for report generation and team collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
