We are seeking a highly skilled NDT Technician (Aircraft Engine) to join our prestigious aviation team in Paya Lebar. In this critical role, you will be responsible for conducting non-destructive testing (NDT) inspections on aircraft engine components to ensure airworthiness and the highest safety standards are maintained.
As a Level 2 Inspector, you will leverage your expertise in Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI) and Eddy Current to detect surface and subsurface defects. You will work closely with engineering and maintenance teams to interpret complex technical data and provide accurate reports on component integrity.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform Level 2 NDT inspections on aircraft engines using FPI and Eddy Current techniques.
- Interpret complex technical blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications accurately.
- Calibrate and maintain NDT equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance with ISO/AS9100 standards.
- Document inspection results, findings, and reports in compliance with quality management systems.
- Ensure all work is performed in strict accordance with safety regulations and company procedures.
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and determine rework requirements.
- Adhere to strict turnaround times while maintaining high-quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Certified NDT Inspector with NAS410 or EN4179 Level 2 certification.
- Strong expertise and hands-on experience in FPI and Eddy Current Inspection.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in the aerospace industry.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical data.
- Physically fit and able to work in confined spaces and at heights.
- Valid Class 3 Medical Certificate for aviation personnel.
