Join the backbone of Singapore's public transport network as a Senior Technician in the North East Line (NEL) or Sengkang/Punggol LRT (SPLRT) Power Sector. As a key technical expert, you will play a critical role in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of power systems and rolling stock. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on train power systems, traction motors, and auxiliary electrical equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical faults and mechanical issues in train sets and depot systems.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and compliance audits to ensure adherence to industry standards and safety regulations.
- Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new electrical components and control systems.
- Document maintenance activities, repair reports, and technical findings accurately in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including planners and engineers, to optimize maintenance schedules and resource allocation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians and apprentices within the team.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.
- Relevant working experience in the MRT, LRT, or public transport sector is preferred.
- Familiarity with SCADA systems, PLCs, and electrical schematics is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a safety-critical environment.
- Valid Class 3B or 3D driving license (or equivalent) is mandatory for this role.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a shift-based roster.
