Job Description:

You will be embedded with one of our premier clients, a leading bank in Asia with a global network of over 500 branches and offices in 19 countries. Your Role:
As a key member of our Agile development team, you will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle—from conception and design to deployment and support. You will utilize the Microsoft technology stack, particularly .NET Core and C#, to build robust, secure, and scalable applications. You will work closely with business analysts and stakeholders in the banking domain to translate complex financial requirements into elegant technical solutions. This role offers significant exposure to modern architectural patterns including microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud deployment (Azure).

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement high-quality .NET solutions for core banking systems, trade finance, and payment platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business Analysts, Architects, QA) to deliver software within an Agile/Scrum framework.
- Perform code refactoring, optimization, and unit testing to ensure high performance and maintainability of applications.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices to support complex business workflows.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production systems, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend process and system improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
- Extensive experience with SQL Server, including complex query writing, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, Design Patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful API design and development.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Prior experience in the Banking or Financial Services sector.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
