Xurpas Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated .NET Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Mandaluyong City. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining cutting-edge web applications that drive our business forward. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and robust applications. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing the latest technologies within the .NET ecosystem alongside modern JavaScript frameworks. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring onsite presence twice a week in our Mandaluyong office, providing a great balance between collaboration and flexibility.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET Core/Framework, C#, and ASP.NET MVC/Web API.
- Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, along with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Develop and manage robust RESTful APIs for internal and external consumption, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver new features within an Agile/Scrum framework.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to uphold coding standards and best practices.
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement scalable solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our development processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core / .NET Framework, and ASP.NET MVC / Web API.
- Solid experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Expertise in SQL Server, Entity Framework, and relational database design and optimization.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to report onsite twice a week in Mandaluyong City.
