Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using C# and ASP.NET.
- Take full ownership of designated ERP modules, overseeing the development lifecycle from requirements to release.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and provide scalable technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and high reliability.
- Optimize SQL Server databases for performance, security, and data integrity.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment.
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior team members on best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in .NET software development.
- Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL Server database design, stored procedures, and optimization.
- Proven track record of managing or contributing to large-scale ERP system implementations.
- Solid experience working within an Agile/Scrum and DevOps environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on resolving complex technical bottlenecks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
