Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for complex .NET-based enterprise applications.
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance architecture using .NET Core/5+ and Azure cloud services.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level software engineers through code reviews and pair programming.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into efficient technical specifications.
- Ensure code quality, security standards, and best practices are maintained across all development streams.
- Manage deployment pipelines and CI/CD processes to optimize release cycles.
- Participate in strategic planning for technology stack upgrades and modernization projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 6-8 years of hands-on experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API).
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or Senior Developer with strong architectural decision-making skills.
- Deep understanding of Microservices, SQL Server/NoSQL databases, and Entity Framework.
- Proficiency in cloud environments (preferably Azure or AWS).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems (Git).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
