Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, test, and deploy customized NetSuite solutions, including SuiteScript (1.0/2.0), SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk.
- Provide ongoing operational support and troubleshooting for existing NetSuite ERP modules and integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable technical specifications.
- Manage end-to-end project deliverables, from initial system architecture to final post-deployment maintenance.
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation for custom scripts, workflows, and system configurations.
- Optimize system performance through periodic auditing, debugging, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with the management team to identify opportunities for automation and process refinement.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a NetSuite Developer or Administrator with a strong portfolio of successful implementations.
- Expertise in SuiteScript (SuiteScript 2.0 proficiency is highly preferred) and SuiteTalk web services.
- Solid understanding of NetSuite functional modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, CRM, SuiteCommerce).
- Experience with SuiteBuilder, SuiteAnalytics, and creating custom records/fields.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a WFH capacity.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business users.
- Relevant NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteCloud Developer Certification) are a significant advantage.
