Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and document supply chain business processes to identify optimization opportunities in NetSuite
- Configure and customize NetSuite modules (Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management) to meet client requirements
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and system performance monitoring
- Develop comprehensive user training materials and conduct knowledge transfer sessions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of NetSuite with existing systems
- Document system configurations, customizations, and process improvements
- Stay updated on NetSuite features and industry best practices in supply chain management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as NetSuite Functional Consultant with supply chain focus
- Strong understanding of NetSuite modules (Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Fulfillment)
- Certification in NetSuite (SuiteCloud, Implementation Consultant) preferred
- Experience in business process analysis and requirements gathering
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Strong communication skills with ability to train non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in SQL and basic scripting for data analysis
