Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor NetSuite systems and resolve user inquiries regarding ERP functionality and accounting processes.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, escalating complex problems to the development team when necessary.
- Perform data entry, system configuration, and maintenance tasks to ensure data accuracy.
- Generate and analyze financial reports to support decision-making and business performance tracking.
- Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and security protocols within the ERP environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system workflows and user experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with NetSuite (Accounting/ERP) in a support or functional role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Must be available for a Day Shift with guaranteed Weekends Off.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote work-from-home setting.
