Join Intelegencia as a NetSuite Systems Administrator and become a critical driver of our digital transformation journey. This onsite role in Ortigas requires you to oversee our NetSuite ERP ecosystem, ensuring seamless operations, data integrity, and optimal system performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily NetSuite system operations including data management, security protocols, and performance monitoring
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for ERP-related issues, including root cause analysis and resolution
- Customize and configure NetSuite modules to meet evolving business requirements
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides and training materials
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process improvements and automation solutions
- Monitor system health, conduct periodic audits, and ensure compliance with data governance standards
- Coordinate with vendors and external consultants for system integrations and upgrades
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience with SuiteCloud development
- Proficiency in NetSuite modules (Financials, CRM, Inventory, etc.) and SuiteScript development
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, data management principles, and business processes
- Certification in NetSuite (e.g., SuiteCloud Certified Administrator) preferred
- Experience with system integrations, APIs, and third-party applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with non-technical stakeholders
