Tanggung Jawab
- Customize and configure NetSuite modules to align with business requirements and industry best practices
- Develop and maintain SuiteScripts, SuiteTalk APIs, and custom integrations with third-party systems
- Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and implement technical solutions
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for NetSuite issues, including root cause analysis and resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and system security
- Document system configurations, processes, and integration workflows
- Stay updated on NetSuite releases and features to recommend system enhancements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite customization and integration experience
- Proficiency in SuiteScript 1.0/2.0, SuiteTalk, and NetSuite Web Services
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and data modeling
- Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) and middleware tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in NetSuite (e.g., SuiteCloud Developer) is highly desirable
