In this pivotal role, you will serve as the guardian of our network infrastructure, ensuring the seamless, secure, and reliable operation of our critical systems. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our server environment, network configurations, and communication systems. This includes troubleshooting complex network issues, implementing robust security measures, and optimizing system performance to support our trading operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Manage and configure network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Monitor network traffic and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks, resolve connectivity issues, and ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Implement and enforce network security protocols, firewalls, and VPNs to protect sensitive financial data from cyber threats.
- Perform regular system backups, updates, and execute disaster recovery procedures to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and support new business initiatives.
- Document network configurations, technical procedures, and system updates accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Network Administrator or similar IT infrastructure role.
- Strong working knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, OSPF, VLANs).
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+ are highly preferred.
- Experience with server management (Windows Server/Linux) and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware and software problems efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
