Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstation hardware, operating systems, and core software applications.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and wireless network infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime.
- Provide prompt and effective tier-1 and tier-2 IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues for local and remote users.
- Assist in executing network upgrades, system migrations, patch management, and server maintenance schedules.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, network peripherals, and accessories.
- Implement and enforce company IT security policies, including managing user permissions, password resets, and antivirus protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
- At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in IT support, network administration, or desktop troubleshooting (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome to apply).
- Solid understanding of fundamental networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and switching).
- Proficiency in setting up, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows-based operating systems and standard office software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and user-focused approach to technical support.
