Tanggung Jawab
- Design, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using diagnostic tools and optimize for efficiency
- Implement security protocols to protect against cyber threats and unauthorized access
- Troubleshoot network outages and resolve connectivity issues promptly
- Manage network hardware/software upgrades and patch management
- Document network configurations, diagrams, and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business technology requirements
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent certification preferred
- Proficiency with Cisco, Juniper, or similar network equipment
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and wireless technologies
- Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
