Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
- Implement and enforce network security protocols to protect against cyber threats
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
- Provide technical support and training to employees on IT systems
- Install, configure, and upgrade network hardware and software components
- Document network configurations, procedures, and maintenance activities
- Collaborate with IT team to implement network improvements and upgrades
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience as a Network Administrator or similar IT support role
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Experience with network hardware (Cisco, Juniper, etc.) and virtualization
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent) preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
