Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, wireless systems, and cloud solutions
- Monitor network performance using diagnostic tools and optimize system configurations
- Develop and enforce security protocols to protect against cyber threats and data breaches
- Troubleshoot network issues, hardware malfunctions, and software conflicts
- Document network architecture, configurations, and operational procedures
- Collaborate with IT teams to align infrastructure with institutional goals
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Research and recommend emerging technologies for infrastructure enhancement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in network administration and infrastructure management
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Certification in Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), CompTIA Network+, or equivalent
- Proficiency in virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud services (AWS, Azure)
- Experience with network security tools (firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills for technical documentation and team collaboration
