Concentrix is looking for a proactive Network and System Administrator to support our growing IT infrastructure in Eastwood, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for imaging, configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting servers and services to ensure high availability, security, and optimal performance across the organization.
You will collaborate with crossâfunctional teams to design and implement scalable network solutions, maintain robust security standards, and quickly resolve incidents to minimize downtime. Your expertise will directly impact business continuity and user satisfaction, making every day an opportunity to showcase your technical acumen and problemâsolving skills.
Key activities include performing regular system backups, applying patches and updates, managing user accounts, and documenting configurations. You will also evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Tanggung Jawab
- Image, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers to meet business requirements.
- Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues across the enterprise.
- Implement and manage security controls, including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls.
- Perform routine backups, disaster recovery testing, and system patching.
- Document network topology, server configurations, and support procedures.
- Provide technical guidance and support to endâusers and other IT staff.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Network Administrator, System Administrator, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with server imaging, configuration management, and monitoring tools.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues.
- Excellent communication skills and a customerâfocused attitude.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.
