Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot network issues, and ensure optimal network availability
- Manage and maintain servers, operating systems, and virtualization environments
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect network systems and data
- Collaborate with IT teams to plan and execute technology upgrades and migrations
- Document network configurations, procedures, and system changes
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users as needed
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in network and system administration
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.)
- Experience with network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls) from vendors like Cisco, Juniper, or Fortinet
- Familiarity with server operating systems (Windows Server, Linux/Unix)
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
