Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor network infrastructure performance to ensure high availability and reliability of data center services.
- Perform routine hardware maintenance and troubleshooting on switches, routers, and cabling systems.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new network hardware and software upgrades.
- Maintain detailed documentation of network topologies, inventory, and incident reports.
- Respond to system alerts and resolve technical issues escalated by the operations team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client connectivity and security requirements.
- Adhere to strict data center safety and security protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Fundamental knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and standard network protocols.
- Familiarity with Data Center operations and basic server administration is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to work in a shifting schedule.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to document technical procedures clearly.
- Commitment to professional growth and obtaining relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+).
