- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security
- Implement network security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Troubleshoot network issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime
- Manage network hardware, including routers, switches, and access points
- Document network configurations, changes, and incident reports
- Collaborate with IT teams on network upgrades and expansion projects
- Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in network administration or similar role
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, SolarWinds)
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or CCNA preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication abilities and teamwork orientation
