Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security
- Collaborate with customer network teams, vendors, and Helpdesk to resolve issues
- Implement network configurations, updates, and security patches
- Document network changes, procedures, and technical documentation
- Perform network capacity planning and performance optimization
- Manage network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Conduct network assessments and recommend infrastructure improvements
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and security protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in network engineering or operations
- Industry certifications (CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols
- Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar network equipment
- Proficient in network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
