Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues to ensure minimal downtime
- Implement security measures to protect network infrastructure from unauthorized access and cyber threats
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of network solutions with existing systems
- Document network configurations, procedures, and maintenance activities
- Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and industry best practices
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and other departments
- Participate in network capacity planning and infrastructure upgrades as needed
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, etc.)
- Experience with network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Familiarity with network security principles and implementation
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve network issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are advantageous
