Tanggung Jawab
- Configure and maintain network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues to minimize downtime.
- Design and implement secure network solutions to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to support infrastructure upgrades and hardware deployments.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry security standards and internal policies.
- Manage VPN connectivity and remote access services for a diverse workforce.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, diagrams, and operational procedures.
- Perform routine maintenance, firmware updates, and patches to ensure optimal system stability.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in network administration or engineering.
- Solid understanding of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP) and switching technologies (VLANs, STP).
- Hands-on experience with major enterprise networking vendors (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet).
- Strong knowledge of network security principles, firewalls, and VPN management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
