Goldtech Resources is a leading technology solutions provider seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join our team in Central Region, Singapore. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our Cisco-based network infrastructure. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable network solutions using Cisco routers and switches
- Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve issues
- Configure and optimize routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP) and switching technologies
- Ensure network security by implementing proper access controls and firewall rules
- Collaborate with IT teams to support network-related projects and upgrades
- Document network configurations, changes, and standard operating procedures
- Participate in incident management and problem resolution following ITIL guidelines
- Evaluate and recommend new networking technologies to improve efficiency and security
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in network engineering
- Cisco certifications such as CCNA or CCNP are strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of routing, switching, and network protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, etc.)
- Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools
- Familiarity with ITIL framework for service management
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
