Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, install, and configure enterprise-grade network hardware including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless controllers.
- Execute complex network integration projects, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system compatibility.
- Manage end-to-end network migration projects, from planning and architecture design to post-implementation support.
- Conduct routine maintenance, firmware updates, and performance tuning to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network connectivity issues across local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN).
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to design secure network topologies and implement security best practices.
- Document technical network configurations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and project progress reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in network engineering or infrastructure administration.
- Strong technical expertise in Cisco IOS, Juniper, or equivalent enterprise network equipment.
- Hands-on experience with routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and switching technologies (VLANs, STP, EtherChannel).
- Proficiency in network security practices, including VPNs, Firewalls, and Access Control Lists (ACLs).
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent) are highly preferred.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple project timelines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
