Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless controllers.
- Configure and manage firewall policies and security rules to protect the network.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups to ensure network reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT projects and network upgrades.
- Travel to client sites as needed to perform installations and diagnostics.
- Work flexible hours including occasional on-call support for critical incidents.
- Maintain accurate network documentation and technical reports.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Nitec in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in networking and firewall management.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Proficient in configuring Cisco routers and switches; CCNA certification is a plus.
- Solid understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP) and security principles.
- Ability to work flexible hours and willingness to travel within Singapore.
