Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain resilient network infrastructure supporting hospital operations
- Configure and optimize Cisco/Juniper routers, switches, and firewall systems
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and PRTG
- Implement VLAN segmentation, VPN tunnels, and network access controls
- Lead network upgrades including 10G/40G backbone implementations
- Document network topologies, configurations, and disaster recovery plans
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance
- Ensure HIPAA compliance through network segmentation and encryption protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Network Engineering or equivalent experience
- CCNP/JNCIP certification or equivalent network engineering credentials
- 5+ years experience in enterprise network design and implementation
- Proficiency with Cisco IOS/Junos, VMware, and cloud networking (AWS/Azure)
- Strong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and firewall technologies (Palo Alto/Check Point)
- Experience with network automation tools (Ansible, Python)
- Familiarity with healthcare IT standards and HIPAA compliance requirements
- Excellent problem-solving skills with 24/7 on-call rotation experience
