Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, and wireless systems
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds, Nagios, or Zabbix to ensure 99.9% uptime
- Manage network security through firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection systems, and access controls
- Conduct regular security audits and penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities
- Troubleshoot complex network issues using diagnostic tools and protocols (SNMP, ICMP)
- Document network configurations, topologies, and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with cloud teams to integrate hybrid network solutions
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies (SD-WAN, Zero Trust)
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in network administration and security
- CCNA/CCNP or equivalent network certification required
- Proficiency with routing protocols (OSPF, BGP) and switching technologies
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP) a plus
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN implementations
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure
