Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, and wireless systems
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and implement optimization strategies
- Configure and manage network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers)
- Ensure network security through implementation of firewalls, VPNs, and access controls
- Document network configurations, topologies, and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network solutions with business objectives
- Conduct regular network audits and implement upgrades as needed
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance network capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in network engineering or similar technical role
- Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with network management tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, Wireshark)
- Strong knowledge of network security best practices and threat mitigation
- Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
