Are you a detail-oriented Network Engineer looking to join a dynamic healthcare technology team? Mehow Medical (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled professional to ensure our system reliability and network stability. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining smooth production operations by proactively monitoring network performance, troubleshooting complex issues, and enforcing robust security measures.
As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN). We are looking for someone who can optimize network efficiency, minimize downtime, and ensure seamless connectivity for our medical systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, configure, and maintain scalable network infrastructure to meet business requirements.
- Monitor network performance, traffic, and system health to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software network issues efficiently.
- Implement and manage security protocols, firewalls, and VPNs to protect sensitive data.
- Collaborate with the IT team to support production operations and ensure business continuity.
- Conduct regular network audits and upgrades to stay current with technology trends.
- Document network configurations, changes, and incident reports.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in network engineering or administration.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and VLANs.
- Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG) and firewalls (e.g., Fortinet, Cisco ASA).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
