Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Provide comprehensive technical support for CCTV systems, PABX telephony, and wireless access points
- Monitor and manage UPS systems to ensure uninterrupted power supply and prevent data loss
- Deliver pre-sales technical consultations to assess client requirements and propose optimal solutions
- Execute after-sales support including troubleshooting, system optimization, and user training
- Develop and maintain network documentation including topology maps and configuration standards
- Collaborate with vendors to source appropriate hardware and software solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering and systems administration
- CCNA/CCNP certification or equivalent networking qualifications
- Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN) and security best practices
- Experience with CCTV systems, PABX implementation, and wireless networking
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network diagnostics tools (Wireshark, SolarWinds)
- Excellent communication skills for technical documentation and client interactions
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects
