As a Network Engineer, you will be the backbone of our technical operations, ensuring high availability, peak performance, and enterprise-grade security across complex network environments. You will be involved in the full lifecycle of network projectsāfrom the initial tech refresh and architectural planning to daily monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization. Tanggung Jawab
- Configure, deploy, and manage enterprise-level network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Proactively monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Execute network technology refresh projects, including planning, migration, and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to implement security protocols and ensure network compliance.
- Optimize network traffic flows to enhance latency, bandwidth utilization, and overall system performance.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of network diagrams, configurations, and change management procedures.
- Respond to escalated technical incidents and provide rapid resolution for complex networking challenges.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in network administration and engineering.
- Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), VLANs, VPNs, and WAN/LAN architecture.
- Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Wireshark, PRTG) and security appliances.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to participate in scheduled after-hours maintenance and on-call rotations when required.
