Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including routers, switches, and wireless systems
- Monitor network performance using diagnostic tools and proactively address security vulnerabilities
- Configure and optimize network devices to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency
- Develop and document network topology diagrams, IP addressing schemes, and configuration standards
- Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot connectivity issues and implement network solutions
- Manage VPN connections, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems
- Evaluate and integrate emerging networking technologies to enhance infrastructure capabilities
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational security policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in network administration or engineering
- Proficiency in Cisco networking devices (IOS/NX-OS) and enterprise routing protocols
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewall technologies
- Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG)
- Understanding of cloud networking concepts and hybrid infrastructure models
- Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively
