Tanggung Jawab
- Design, install, and configure network hardware including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Perform on-site commissioning and integration of network infrastructure for enterprise and SMB clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network connectivity issues across LAN/WAN environments.
- Monitor network performance and implement optimizations to ensure maximum uptime and speed.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical network designs.
- Maintain comprehensive network documentation, including wiring diagrams and configuration logs.
- Ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance standards across all deployments.
- Provide technical support and knowledge transfer to junior staff and clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in network engineering or infrastructure deployment.
- Solid understanding of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP) and switching technologies (VLANs, STP, Port Channels).
- Hands-on experience with major enterprise vendors (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, or Aruba).
- Experience with firewalls and VPN technologies for site-to-site and remote access connectivity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in field environments.
- Professional certification (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
