Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain robust network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, and wireless systems
- Monitor network performance using advanced tools and proactively address potential bottlenecks
- Develop and execute network security protocols to protect against cyber threats
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of network services
- Create and maintain comprehensive network documentation and disaster recovery plans
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and resolve complex network issues
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance network capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in network engineering or infrastructure management
- CCNA/CCNP certification or equivalent industry-recognized credentials
- Proficiency in routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), switching, and firewall configuration
- Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex network issues
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
