Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using advanced tools like SolarWinds and Wireshark to identify and resolve bottlenecks
- Configure and manage VPN connections, VLANs, and network security protocols to ensure data protection
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy network solutions and troubleshoot complex connectivity issues
- Document network configurations, create disaster recovery plans, and maintain compliance with industry standards
- Lead network optimization projects to enhance scalability and reduce latency across global systems
- Provide 24/7 on-call support during night shifts to address critical outages and security incidents
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco networking equipment and enterprise environments
- Strong expertise in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, and other routing protocols
- CCNP or equivalent certification with proven troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in network security principles including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPN implementations
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud networking (AWS/Azure)
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose complex network issues under pressure
